First of all Merry Christmas everyone!
Holidays are going on... After shopping and enjoying in Christmas the day after Christmas is quite boring for me, at least this year... No no actually I made my day boring, cause I wanted to sleep whole day.
Whenever I talk about 26th my mind is stuck about 26th Dec 2004... No I don't want to remember those painful moments...
Come to my post... so it was a lazy afternoon and I don't want to sleep again as I woke up that day at 10.30am. Yes 10.30, I know it was too late. So after my lunch I could not decide what to do, no more TV or laptop. Suddenly a phrase hit my mind "practice makes perfect" and then in a second I decided to draw eyeliner. I mean practicing... And then I made this look keeping in mind no winged liner I have to draw something new, something bold. At that moment I did what my mind said. After finishing the liner I was thinking yes I have seen this look before... very similar look... but where??? I could not even remember where I saw this. Well drew my liner and then did my makeup. Actually when I was fully satisfied with my liner then I put the makeup and then clicked some selfies. Even I did not apply any concealer or foundation. After finishing all this I turned on my laptop and googled n googled.  The first search tag was 'Bold eyeliner', could not find. Then 'eyeliner' then 'eye makeup’, ‘eyeliner styles’, ‘ramp makeup’, ‘fashion show' and so many related searches... uff!!! Finally found it in 'lakme fashion week'. Yes!!! this look... this is it!!! Kareena Kapoor's look!!!! Kareena's bold flat wings... I love this look... Thats why it was in my unconscious mind...
Hope you guys also like it and enjoy the look!!!

There are many different types of events and there are different people who you will like to attract to the party, however, you need to attract the right people to the event or it just won't be the same.

One of the best ways to attract the right people is make your party a private party. Private parties are invitation only. When you have a private party you are able to limit the amount of people who will attend and also the type of people that will come. This is when you can send it to all the people that you truly would like at the party. However, just because you invite them, doesn't mean that they will come. So how do you get the people who really want to come to the party?

The way to get all those important people that you want to come to your party is offer them something they can't refuse. On the invitation, which should be professionally done, you will want to say something encouraging. Things like you are invited to the ____'s party of the year or a night of romance and dining. Most people will not turn down a dinner party because it is a way for them to associate and mingle with possible business associates.

To weed out the unwanted, you should state on the invitation the dress code. Like black tie event, or semi-formal/formal. Usually, the more emphasis on formal, the more likely you are able to weed out all those who wouldn't fit in. Most people will not attend a party if they feel uncomfortable. If you would like to invite someone who wouldn't fit in, go ahead, because at least you can say that you offered, but most likely they won't come and ruin the party by their antics.

Another way to get the people whom you really want to come is by giving them a VIP ticket to the party. This way they can come and associate with other people whom you think is very important to the party, but they don't have to deal with all the hassle of associating with those whom they would rather not. VIP also makes a person feel very special and honored. With the word VIP, they are more likely to come because it is an honor. It is one way to lure the best guests to come to a party or event.

You need to hire a publicist to help you plan a huge event for you. Your publicist will do everything for the party. They will advertise how great the party is and they will also show you ways to enhance your public look. They will make your look and act like a VIP without being a VIP. A publicist will help you look ten times better. They know exactly what it takes to get the ideal guests to attend and what you need to do to persuade them to come.

One of the best times to throw a party is when you are moving up the ladder. This way you can have people whom you have become friends with and also make some business contacts. Getting the important people to the party can be hard, but many of them are interested in the new person. They want to know the person who may, someday, replace them. That's one reason why you might get them to come, however, you need to consider that when it comes to the party. You need to think about why they are coming and then deliver all that they expect from the party, your family, and your home so that they keep you mind.
Working at home can be one of the most rewarding experiences in the world, but one of the biggest obstacles can come from the ones we love the most - our kids.  To be successful home business owners, we must find affordable and effective child care to maximize our work at home productivity.

Perhaps the biggest obstacle for the stay at home business mom or dad is the kids. That screaming toddler is not going to be quiet when you have business calls or take that nap to let you get your work done. This will be the same child who will eat all of your post-its and stick food into your hard drive. As you are ripping your hair out and getting more and more frustrated you will wonder what the point of working at home was if you were going to still need childcare. You were probably envisioning no more commutes, flexible hours, and lunch with the kids’ everyday.

Your childcare options are flexible as well that is the beauty of being self-employed. Here are some of the most common affordable ways to take care of kids while you build your family's fortune from home:

(1) Childcare Co-op: Find a group of work at home parents and swap off childcare duties. You can keep track of how many hours you watch each child and use the time you accrue when you need it most. The great thing about this is it is free. The downside is that you will have to give up work time to handle other people’s children.

(2) Trading or Mom-swapping: This is the smaller version of co-op. this will involve you and a good friend trading off childcare days. Make sure you set clear boundaries about when you will take the other child and when they will take yours. You don’t want to be taken advantage of. You will also want to make sure the kids like each other and get along well. If they don’t then this will end up being a bad experience.

(3) Sitter Sharing: Share a sitter with a friend. You can have the sitter watch both kids at the same time and split the cost or use the sitter on alternate days. Make sure that you have a written agreement on how the sitter is used and what you will be paying to avoid any unseen complications.

(4) Barter: Trade your products and services with a neighbor or friend in exchange for childcare. This will keep you from spending money and still pay the person doing the care for you.

(5) Day Care:You will find that the right day care center will be a rewarding experience for both child and parent.Which day care is best is entirely up to you and beyond the scope of this article. Costs vary from center to center and from state to state. But, you will find that the return on investment will be worth it because of your greater focus and productivity.

To come up with inexpensive childcare solutions you must be a networking prowess. Spread the word that you are looking for childcare to everyone you knows. Think in terms of trading and business opportunities. You are looking for a partner in business deal. This will help you to get what you need. Some moms are lucky to have businesses that are kid friendly. They are the lucky for sure. Those ladies who have to make endless phone calls or have meetings may find that childcare of some sort is unavoidable. Try your best to get the right childcare for you and not spend an arm and a leg getting it.
